Any quoted delivery times are estimates only. We do our best to ensure products are delivered within quoted time frames, if not earlier, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates as there are often factors outside our control which can affect delivery.

 

Returns and Refunds

We stand by the quality of our products and want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issues, please contact us by phone or email within 30 days of purchase with your order details and concerns so we can work with you on a solution as quickly as possible. This could involve a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
